How The Process Works

Every creator is different, but the goal is always the same: build a digital product business that can generate results beyond a single launch.

Step 01

Audit & Strategy

I look at what you're already doing — your content, your audience size, what people ask you about, what they already buy from someone else. Usually there's a gap between what you're known for and what you're charging for.

Step 02

Offer Design

We pick a format and a price. Cohort or evergreen. One tier or three. A $97 mini-course is a different business than a $2,000 cohort — we decide which one fits your audience before building anything.

Step 03

Launch Planning

Waitlist, email sequence, cart-open and cart-close dates, what gets posted and when. The plan is specific enough that you're not improvising in week one.

Step 04

Growth Systems

After the launch, what keeps it selling? Evergreen funnel, re-opening the cohort, an upsell, a referral loop. We pick what actually fits instead of throwing every tactic at it.

How I get paid

No retainer. No flat fee.

I take a percentage of the revenue generated from what we build together. The exact split depends on the agreement we make — it's set per partnership, not a fixed rate I quote everyone.

Why structure it this way: if I only make money when the offer actually sells, I'm not incentivized to hand you a pretty deck and disappear. I'm incentivized to make sure the launch works. That's the whole point — I only win if you win.
