Ayaan Bachani
I'm Ayaan, and ANB Consulting is a one-person practice. There's no team — when you work with me, you're working with me.
I started this because I kept seeing the same pattern: people with real expertise and a real audience who had no idea how to turn that into an actual offer. Not a vague “maybe I'll make a course someday” — an actual priced product with a launch plan behind it.
ANB Consulting is new. I'd rather say that directly than dress it up. In practice, that means you're not one of fifteen accounts I'm managing — you get the attention a new practice puts into its first real partnerships, because those are the ones that build everything after.
I also don't get paid unless you do. I take a percentage of revenue from what we build together instead of a flat fee — the exact split depends on our agreement, but the model is the same either way. That's not a sales pitch. It's the only setup that makes sense if I actually believe in the offer we're building.
- A real offer has a price, a format, and a plan — not just a good idea.
- I don't get paid unless the offer sells.
- Full attention beats a roster of clients.
